Experience the Rhythms of Nature through Rhythms of the World

In its inaugural year, the Uptown Rhythm Festival is slated to take place on August 5-7th, 2022 at Lincoln Lawn E of LSD Foster-Lawrence, in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. Three days of dance cultural performances and workshops are in planning that will also incorporate live music. To fulfill our dual mission of environmental action and awareness, workshops, film viewing and group activities on this subject will happen in an alternate indoors space, which will also serve as the headquarters, location will be on Grove 16 in the Uptown neighborhood. Also being considered is lake cleanup/trash pickup as part of the environmental focus of the festival.
